About WCAR
The Whatcom County Association of REALTORS® is a nonprofit organization founded in 1956 to serve the real estate community of Whatcom County. Since that time, it has grown significantly, boasting 577 REALTORS®, 49 Offices, and 27 Affiliates.
Under the leadership of an elected Board of Directors made up of REALTOR® and Affiliate members, Pat van Barneveld is the Membership Coordinator, with Perry Eskridge as your government affairs director, Larry Farr serves as the Executive Officer alongside numerous REALTOR® and Affiliate volunteers.
