REALTORS® working to protect client safety in real estate transactions during COVID-19 pandemic
Welcome to Whatcom County Association of REALTORS®
The whatcom County Association of REALTORS® (WCAR) is a professional organization for those actively engaged in the real estate industry. It ties real estate professionals into a powerful force for mutual support and success. With over 500 members, we are the voice of real estate in Northwest Washington.
There are many benefits to using a REALTOR® to assist you with your real estate transaction. Your local REALTOR® professional has voluntarily ascribed to a higher level of education and, more importantly, a higher ethical standard governing their dealings with colleagues and clients. Indeed, 8 out of 10 people readily state that they would use their REALTOR® in future transactions!
But that is not always the case. In those circumstances where you believe a REALTOR® has not met the standards expressed in the REALTOR® Code of Ethics, there exists a process by which you may file a complaint. Review the information here. Once you have reviewed that information, please contact our office to initiate the process or to get answers to any questions you may have.
