Mark Personius, Whatcom County Planning Director, will be attending with the Whatcom and Bellingham Long-Range Planners Matt Aamot and Chris Behee, to present on the draft 2025 Comprehensive Plan.  The discussion will include zoning changes, planning for additional housing in the county and Bellingham, and timelines for implementing the various portions of the plan.

The Comprehensive Plan governs where and what types of housing will be preferred for the next 20 years, so if you want to get a preview of the future real estate market, this is the meeting to attend!
