Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification
Knowing how to manage the complexity of the short sale or foreclosure process is a critical skill that can increase your access to listings. If you are a REALTOR®, earning your SFR® certification will increase your credibility, and give you access to a new client base of buyers and sellers dealing with distressed properties
In this training you will learn how to help your clients maneuver the complexities of a short sale or potential foreclosure. This course covers Forbearances, Short Sales and the REO markets.
It is specifically designed to show how the real estate professional can serve as a resource to sellers and buyers in the brokerage of distressed properties. Real estate professionals play an invaluable role in helping homeowners and home buyers navigate these transactions.
