WSHFC Sponsored Homebuyer Education Class

In this FREE five-hour class, you’ll learn all the steps in purchasing a home, as well as information about downpayment and home-loan programs to help bridge financial gaps.

Homebuyers will leave with a homebuyer certificate, good for two years, that will allow them to use Washington State Housing Finance Commission loan programs.

Light refreshments will be served.
